The State Department is transforming its technology operation to try to serve its end users better. The U.S. military is making “[limited progress](https://www.gao.gov/products/gao-23-105556)” in using, and gaining the benefits of, predictive maintenance, according to the [Government Accountability Office](https://www.gao.gov/products/gao-23-105556).
